His flagship institution, Apar India, has empowered more than 40,000 students — especially from nomadic tribes, juvenile homes, and minority communities — with free professional education, skill training, and employability support. Apar India is an ISO 9001:2000 certified institution and a Training Hub Partner of TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
